About Sunny Process Co., Ltd.
With over 60 years of heritage and accumulated experience, Sunny Process Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Jian Yan Precision Machinery Factory, specializing in the design and production of customized precision parts and molds.
In response to our own machining capabilities and broad customer demand, we expanded in 2003 into the R&D and sales of high-temperature composite materials and consumables, supplying engineering materials essential to various electronics production lines.
Our core business objective is to deliver integrated and professional services—combining materials, design, and machining—while tackling challenges in electronic manufacturing. By working closely with clients to understand their real-world needs, and collaborating with industry experts, we provide engineering solutions and innovative products that align with our vision of sustainable development.

Background
- 1965 － Jian Yen Precision Factory was founded by Mr. LAI, Jian-Yung, engaging in the design and manufacturing of lathe and automotive internal precision parts.
- 1997 － Transformed Jian Yen Precision Factory to Jie Ying Precision Co., Ltd., starting with the design and manufacturing of PCB carriers, labor-saving equipment for electronic industry, and invested in the materials research and development.
- 2003 － Sunny Process Co., Ltd. was incorporated by Mr. LAI, Kuang-Rue in providing the design and solutions related to the consumptive materials, production equipment and custom-made mechanism for high temperature resistant engineering materials.
- 2006 － Stononlead™ brand was officially registered for Sunny Process Co., Ltd. and then it has becomes a superior material used in the high-temperature electronic production process.
- 2010 － Developed the SUNTABA® - absorptive patch which is an eco-friendly material that can resist against 280°C operating temperature and can be repeatedly used; thus, saving lots of consumptive materials, working hours and labors in the mounting/ fixing/positioning links of electronic process.
- 2012 － Changed the unprintable inertia of silicone rubber, successfully developed the Colorful-Silicone TieBar® colorful-silicone vacuum-absorptive patch” allowed for color printing.
- 2014 － TieBar® “color-silicone vacuum-absorptive patch” was firstly tested in product fabrication to provide the optimal solutions for the daily “sticking, patching, suspending, hanging” needs of social public.
- 2015 － Incorporated JJusett Technologies Co., Ltd. and the private brand of JJusett® was developed, using TieBar® as the technical core. Since then, we launched a series of products such as mobile devices (including those for automobiles), daily applications, commercial applications, DIY treasure chest, etc.
- 2016 － Released the “TieBAR® 3D BUILD PATCH” product developed by Sunny Process Co., Ltd.
- 2017 － Launched the “TieBAR® CARRIER” for automation application.
- 2018 － Online store. Online quotations for anti-static Stononlead®, glass‑fiber FR4, bakelite, etc.
- 2019 － Automated TieBar® carrier achieved.
- 2020 － Sunny Process participated in the Taiwan Innotech Expo and won the Platinum Award, the highest honor in the invention competition, for the "TieBar® Carrier".
- 2021 － The Sunny Process R&D team combined vacuum lamination, printing carriers, magnetic vacuum, and Snake Scale technology to develop the "Suntaba Vaccum Plate" after years of intensive development.
- 2022 － The Sunny Process team launched the "Thermobstructor" material, which can withstand high temperatures of 400 °C.
- 2022 － Sunny Process obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
- 2023 － Sunny Process developed the Snake-Scale SUNTABA® Vacuum Pallet, applied to thin films, PET, and semiconductor processes.
- 2024 － The Sunny team launched Thermobstructor® SPLW, an engineering material capable of withstanding temperatures up to 350 °C.
